Shipping policy

1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through WildCure PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) via www.wildcure.co.za.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1- 3 days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

     Standard Shipping Estimated delivery: 2-5 days

     Free shipping on orders over R2500

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

     South Africa nationwide

If you are located outside our listed delivery areas, please contact us at info@wildcure.co.za before placing your order.

5. Courier Services

We use a selection of courier services for order deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where applicable).

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

     Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

     We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@wildcure.co.za with your order number.

While we work closely with our courier partners, WildCure (PTY) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.

  2. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@wildcure.co.za.

  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

We will investigate and advise on the next steps as soon as possible.
